Hi- Not sure if this is what you are asking for...

For tracker, you can go through Health Tracker on your account and then pick tickers and widgets.

To track my food I use My Fitness Pal.

Good luck!

One place where you can keep log in you food is right here on this site by clicking on "Health Tracker" then click on "Nutrition". I hope this helps you out on logging in your food.

As far as putting a tracker in your signature line, I'm not quite sure how to do it. I think I know how to do it, but not sure.

Go to "My Account"

Choose "Profile"

On the far left, choose "Customize Profile"

Now choose "Message Board"

You should be able to paste in the code for a ticker there.

As for a tracker to log food, I use MyFitnessPal.  If you choose this route, feel free to add me.  I'm themexcellentone there too.

Good luck!

You can do your ticker here on OH or go to tickerfactory.com and set one up, then imbed into your signature.  It's not hard to do either way.  As far as trackers, I use FatSecret.com.  You set it up on the computer and they have a mobile app for iphone and droid, complete with restaurants, bar scanner for packaged foods and recipes you can input so you don't have to put in all the ingredients each time.  Many here use Myfitnesspal and I think that does all the same things.  Pick the one that best fits your uses.  I use my phone to track my food, weight and exercise and FatSecret has fit the bill for me.  If you're thinking about doing FitBit or one of the other exercise gadgets, Myfitnesspal may be the way to go, because some of them will sync to that site.  Hope this helps.
