Well as I suspected everyone was right I do have Diabetes, I talked to my nurse today so that I could have a diagnosis before I went to see my medical weight loss dr tomorrow and Nutritionistt which are both requirements for before surgery.. I am at a loss for what to do now and I am hoping that this visit with the Nut will help me to see where I am going because right now I feel like I have blinders on and don't know where I am going or what I am doing!! Thank you all for listening and giving me pointers if anyone has anything that they think would help me please feel free to let me know.

You want to work closely with a diabetic nutritionist. Get schooled. This is important stuff. Basically you will learn moderation in regards to carbohydrates, the glycemic index, and other tools that will come in handy if you are contemplating WLS. It may seem overwhelming at first, but controlling your blood sugars is important to your every internal organ. You can do this!
