Is this even possible? I started my pre op liquid diet 7 days. I weighed in at 335.0lbs that day.

I haven't cheated once since I started.

Today, I weighed in at 317.6lbs!

I put my old shirt on and it is SOOOOOO baggy on me. I went and saw my parents and they couldn't believe it.

IM SUPER PUMPED!!!

Awesome job! Just be prepared to have your hair blown back when you are post surgery and keep the same level of commitment!

Good luck.

So the hair goes in the front first?

heh ya you lose pretty fast those first few weeks.  swithcing to a lower carb, higher protein diet ... you use up all the glycogen stores in your muscles and liver, and each of those are stored with a bunch of water that gets released with them.   add to that just not eating a whole bunch.  so weight just goes!  keep up the great work!
