Hubby had his surgery yesterday morning and is doing fabulous. I pray that I do this well when I have mine next month! He was up and walking yesterday evening and they started him on his liquid diet last night. He's walked 3x since surgery and walked for 20mins each time. He was sipping on some chicken broth when I left him and doing lots of sipping. He is only a 3 on the pain scale and said the worst part is the gas. The Dr said that if he can get his bowels moving today he will let me take him home tonight!
