One of my personally important NSV's - ACCOMPLISHED!!
So, I have not been on a roller coaster in over 6 years - and I love them. However I had to do the 'walk of shame' once (wait in line, try to get into seat, have to walk off when we cannot get the seat to close), when I went with my son's middle school class trip to Busch Gardens. I had not realized just how big I had gotten. Since then I went back and forth, getting sometimes close to 250 before ballooning up again to about 300 (not sure, cause I never weighed myself when I got to that point). So one of my main goals when I decided to do this was to be able to fit into a roller coaster seat again.
As a gift, a good friend of mine, and other roller coaster lover, took me to Kings Dominion. On a weekday, when the weather report predicts rain... but it worked out great.... NO LINES!!!
And most importantly... I fit into EVERY SINGLE SEAT!! I was even able to get some lift (kind of floating out of your seat a bit) when I went on the upside down ones!!
[Doing a DANCE!!!!]
This is a big one for me too. CONGRATS to you on this great accomplishment!

That's a fantastic NSV! Do that dance!!!
I totally get it. Last week I did bumper boats for the first time in my life. I would have sunk the boat if I had tried it preop. Same thing with go-karts -- first time ever, because I could finally fit into one. :)
I told the kids we'd hit 6 flags before the end of summer. I think I'm going to fit into everything just fine. The last time I was at this weight I did.

Sleeved 6/12/13 - 100 pounds lost to get to goal!
Way to go. :) I bought season passes to Six Flags this year for myself, hubby and our 3 kiddos. We try to go at least once every other week, if not more often (we are a 20 minute drive from our local park). I have been able to go on everything I've wanted to without feeling too constricted or miserable. When the kids are at my mom's, we sometimes go just to get in a good walk and go on a few rides. Prior to this year we hadn't been to Six Flags in about 6 years.
