Hi all its been a while since I posted sooooo
how is everyone?
Im great SOOO glad I did this, my VSG was almost 2 years ago, and I feel great, my weight is right at 152 down from my highest of 297, Im at a good weight for me, my Labs are perfect, I have one more app with my surgeon then Im released to my PCP
Im not going to lie and say it was all easy, it wasnt but it was worth it!! I pretty much eat what I want but I want different things now, I weigh myself still 2 times a day if Im 1 pound heavy I jus****ch what I eat that day and its gone the next day, I refuse to let my weight get the upper hand on me again. Ive been the same weight for almost 4 months now give or take that pound
.
I really dont feel like Im on a diet, if I want an mm I eat it, for me its a mind thing, I dont make anything off limits , this may not work for everyone but it works for me

If your are still undecided, go for it, it really does work, hope you all are enjoying your summer and staying cool............LOVE OH
Connie.

First of all Congrats on your sucess!!!, you are doing great, if you are feeling hungry, try drinking water first... the same neuro transmitters that tell you that your hungry are the same ones that remind you that you are dehydrated, alot of time that works for me, sometimes too its a mental thing called "head hunger" for that it just takes time and does get better. as far as the stall goes we have all been there put the scales away for awhile, and relax. you body is playing catch up. you can do this,

Hi,

I'm right behind you, also almost 2 years out.  I'm enjoying life and still trying to work on those last 10 nasty lbs.  Oh well, as long as I can maintain my 190 I'm happy.  Enjoy your summer.
