Two years to the date of surgery

Hi everyone, I used to enjoy reading the progress of people who were one to two years out from vsg surgery.

I am doing great- my weight is always between 137 or a few pounds.

The surgery changed my life and I do things now that I have not done in years.

I am very happy with my decision to have the surgery and I wish everyone the best....... and if you are thinking of having the surgery, find a good Dr., get your mind prepared and then exercise to your ability and your life will be so improved in so many ways/every way!

Thanks to all the people on this forum that helped me along the way!!!!

Congratulations on your 2 year anniversary of your surgery and to a job well done. Thank you for posting for those of use following.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
