Nope, not mine, but this guy took these before & after pics just hours apart, to show how manipulated weight loss ads can be.

Fortunately for us, our before and afters are the REAL THING.

I read the article. Very interesting this guy was honest about it. We all see these ads of the before/after. As you said though, ours are real. We also probably ALL know fad diets do not work!

Those pics are crazy!! Just shows how deceiving ANYONE could be for a fad diet, personal trainer, or even colonic. This is solid proof for buyer beware!

One of my previous personal trainers who is a fitness model and female bodybuilder competitor told me sometimes the after is really the before. They will find fit people and pay them to gain the weight and their after becomes their before photo. Crazy!
