6 Months Out, 103 Pounds Down...Pic
Today makes 6 months since my surgery. I've been really enjoying the journey so far and making new, better eating habits and exercise habits. I still am unable to eat more than an ounce and a half at a time. My calories are usually around 600 or less. I try to keep my protein around 60 but it is still hard for me to reach that number. I do try though. I do my best to keep my carbs under 20 but sometimes I do go over but never higher than 40.
I've lost 103 pounds, and 73 1/2 inches since starting this journey! Loving it!
You are my hero!
Wow, just wow.
I am sitting here just trying to take it in. You are the poster child for VSG success stories. Thank you for sharing and inspiring me in my maintenance. Hugs.
Elina, YOU are MY hero! I keep you in the back of my head when I'm making food choices and when I'm in doubt as to what to do! Thanks for inspiring me. :-)
Wow! It's like looking at 2 different people. You are definitely inspiring me today as I am on day 2 of my preop liquid diet. You reminded me that this journey is so worth it! Thanks for sharing and keep up the good work!!
Thank you all. It's amazing for me to think that I could be an inspiration to anyone. But, if I am, I am so thankful! Loving the journey!
I forgot to put my weight in my original post. I am 5 ft tall and my starting weight was 274. My weight today is 170.6. I have 45.6 pounds to go to reach my goal.
