Oh MY!!! To die for!!!

Thanks Keith for getting our Pinerest going...I got this from there:

~4 Tomatoes ( halves horizontally)

~1/2 cup fresh grated parm cheese

~1 tsp chopped fresh oregano

~1/4 tsp salt

~freshly ground pepper to taste

~4 tsp extra virgin olive oil

1) preheat oven to 450 F

2)Place tomatoes cut-side up on baking sheet

3)Top with parm cheese, oregano, salt and pepper.

4)Drizzle with olive oil

5) Bake 15 min or until tomatoes are tender ( I decided to move up  the shelf in oven close to heating element and cooked longer so it was golden brown to just before burned for an extra flavor punch)

Serving size: 2 tomatoe halves= 91 calories;   6g total fat;    6g carbs;     2g fiber;     3g protein.

Yum Yum Yummy!!

Peace all!

Thanks for posting. I'm not sure how to use Pinterest yet! Do your friends see what you like or post? Are they the same friends like Facebook? Guess I better figure this out soon!
