First Special Victory Today!
So today I hit the half way mark between my starting point and my goal weight!
What makes this my special victory is that today is my youngest son's birthday. Wow, could there be any better way to remember what day I hit that number? And for icing on the cake, Monday (today = Saturday) marks two months from the day I started the pre-surgery diet.
Now the real fun begins. My other son's birthday is 12/26. If I can loose the other half in the remaining five months that would be amazing.
So basically it's a good day. That's for listening.
