Eating Shrimp
I haven't started to eat them yet but I know I could. I was cleared for them after the soft mushy phase. I would most likely stick to a serving size which varies by the size of shrimp you get. I believe a serving is like 5-7 of the jumbos but I'm not 100% sure. Pulling that from memory.
Here's the funny part I tell people though, I eat so little in general there's not a lot of time for sampling a lot of things. Frankly, I've been too busy trying out various protein rich fresh seafood to get to the shrimp yet. I laugh about this because it really comes down to the fact that by the time you sample something for a particular meal the meal is over. Plus, since you usually have to buy in quantities larger than you can eat at one setting, I have leftovers for several meals.
However, I'm looking forward to some interesting shrimp combos in the future. It seems like a quick easy protein rich meal option.

I started off with salad shrimp - mix a tiny bit of ****tail sauce in there and put in a few bites of avocado and I'm a happy girl. It took longer for me to stomach regular-size shrimp again. It just was too chewy and sat like lead in my gut. I just tried it again last week and it went a little better. I sauteed it with some butter and garlic.
