2 week post op results
So, I had my f/u with the surgeon yesterday (called it my 2 week, but more like 10 day). My weight was down to 207!! I was excited, but not sure if that's "good" or not. Anyways, I'm STRUGGLING with the move to pureed foods... I need advice on what some good choices are! I've been surviving on shakes, soups, and yogurt (and not complaining)... so looking for flavorful ideas!
It's sad when you look forward to your chewable vitamins because they're CRUNCHY!!!!
Your progress seems to mirror mine and I would say it was good.
That said, I'd avoid words like that and processing the weight loss in those termsI. Everyone has to take the journey in their own body and about anything can happen. If you stall for any reason for a while, I wouldn't want you to measure that as good or bad, it's simply part of your process. You may have weeks with high numbers and some with low, but my thought is that all forward progress is good.
Hope it continues to go smoothly for you!
