My 6 year surgiversary.....Grateful is an understatement!
Hello Fellow VSGers!!
Today is my 6 year anniversary!!
I woke up feeling very thankful, blessed, and happy. I have Type 1 diabetes that was the reason, well that and being morbidly obese were the reasons I had VSG in 2007. The friends I met on OH are still my friends to this day, we still talk and share and support one another.
I just wanted to stop by and say Hi.
Much love to you all!!

Do you mind sharing a brief description of your maintenance? Have you gained any during your 6 years post op? How is your current diet/lifestyle? It's rare we are blessed to have people as far out as you still visiting. I look forward to maintaining my loss years down the line. Even 18 months post op, I see how easy it is to still indulge in the exact same things as before without much thought. How much thought do you still put into your eating choices? Is it still a struggle? Thanks in advance if you take the time to respond! :)
