Does anyone else have a problem eating ground beef?

I tried it last week and felt terrible. So evidently I'm not really smart but wanted to try it again, and the same result. I'm I the only one who has the problem? I'm miserable.

I am thankful that I have yet to actually get sick, but this just feels miserable. It's kinda like it is stuck. So if you can't drink for 30 minutes how do you get relief?

I had a horrible time the first time I tried ground beef. I waited a week and tried again with ground beef that was medium rare and very tender and juicy -- it was delicious and went down fine. The first time I tried the beef was more on the well done, dry and chewy side and I think that was the problem for me.

My wife had problems with it for a while, and her doc said that it is not an uncommon issue with some. He suggested filet as being more easily digested, and he was right - that's the best prescription that we've ever gotten from an MD!

I will have to try that. I think I am done with ground beef for awhile. I even bought the more expensive lean kind... Ugh... I think I will live on chicken forever! Lol

Have you tried ground turkey?

It is a good substitute for ground beef. I have eaten a lot of ground turkey (relatively speaking, haha!) since being able to eat foods. I buy the 93/7 and cook it like ground beef. Good stuff.
