Funny the more I eat the less calories I eat
now that I am getting in 4 oz of solid food a meal , I don't need to drink shakes to get my 80 gm protein , so my calories dropped
each shake is 160 cal so 2 was 320 plus what I was eating was around 700 now it has been around 500 cal , love that shrimp
I always loved sea food and it is great that if I go out for Chinese food with the family I can get steamed shrimp and veggies with no scuase or corn starch or msg and eat a little and bring the rest home for an other day
OMG, thanks for that reminder about Chinese food!!! I'm supposed to go to my favorite Chinese restaurant for my birthday on Friday. Even though this place has the BEST of everything from Orange Chicken to Broccoli Beef, they have the most awesome shrimp dishes too! That is what I need to focus on. Get it!!!

You have a great point. I came back from vacation about 2 weeks ago up a few pounds. I have been having a Protein Shake for breakfast every day and was seriously hunger so I have been adding more snacks. I started have eggs whites, 1 oz chicken and a bit of shredded cheese for breakfast and I am full for hours and don't need snacks, hence lower cals. What do you know, that dense protein business has merits.
