Getting closer!

I just had another nutrionist appt. and she told me that my last one will be on Oct 4th and she would fax my paperwork to the surgeon the same day! I am getting closer to my date. My birthday is Nov 1st so I'm hoping I could have it around that time as a birthday gift to me! Wish me luck.
