12 days out one incision.....

just doesn't want to heal. Hurts so bad when I bend. I've read that many people here have had issues with the left sided incision. This is the one I'm having issues with. It feels hard around the edges.

No fever,,,should I wait this out?

If you have not done so, give your surgeon's office a call    We hope you feel better soon!

if it is red or you have a fever you need to have a doctor check it , ether way call your surgeon it is probably normal

my drain hole hurt a little for 1 week but the others healed fast

If no fever or red it is most likely just the incision they pull the removed stomach out of and yes that one gave me some trouble for a while.  If red, fever or non-clear discharge call doc.
