I was sitting at my desk yesterday and the realization suddenly came to me...from my highest weight, I've lost half my body weight! Hard to believe, really...

Very cool! It is amazing to me how over time the changes amass. You know it happens little by little and suddenly you realize you've lost half of yourself! Sort of like me coming up on 50...... I'm thinking just last night, "How the hell did this happen?!" LOL!
