Doctor appointment for abnormal blood work
I did some research. The tests usually indicate bone loss, a broken bone, or a liver issue.<br />
Not what I really want to hear.
My daughter has a sensitive liver and frequently has high alkaline phosphate numbers. She reacts to so many types of meds - antidepressants, birth control, you name it! Be aware that over the counter stuff - even stuff in health food and drinks like aloe and goji berries can cause people's liver counts to go up!
I'm telling you all this just to say, don't worry too much - you will probably just need to look at what you are taking, eating, and drinking with your doc and see what is making your liver grumpy - may even need to do a process of elimination over time. Then everything will start going back to normal!
I'll say a prayer for you!
Abnormal blood tests happen a lot actually - like the PP mentioned, different meds can cause things to happen, just a fluke, etc. Usually you'd know if something was majorly wrong.

I am thinking I may have a stress fracture in my foot. My daughter had a Jones fracture a few years ago and the symptoms are the same. I was actually trying to decide if I needed an appointment or was going to rest a few days and see what happend.
Plus my vitamin D is way low again.
So, we will see. I just hate not knowing
