What is included in Creamy Soups category?

I know tomato soup, butternut squash soup are ok what about ....

Potato Soup
Creamy Onion
Making a roast (without meat just meat broth) and blending the vegetables until it is smooth
Cheese Soup (low fat recipe but still expecting no)

Ideas like that or any other suggestions you have?

My surgeon said that I can have the Campbell's Healthy Request soups - but they need to be strained.

Lol you and I have the same amount to lose!

I like making my food from scratch, better control over nutrition.  However I will consider that since cooking takes so much energy and I have so much less then normal.

My Dr. suggested I stay away from all of the creamy soups unless they were really low fat.  By the time they were strained they didn't taste any better to me than the protein shakes so I ended up not using them.

Potatoes are no my NO NO list.

We could have them all.  I bought one of each kind of the Campbells.  I thought the tasted just at good strained.

Creamed of: Celery, Chicken, Mushroom, Potato, Asparagus, broccoli, Roasted Garlic, herbs and many more.

Cheddar cheese too!

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
