I am 3 months post op and I'm at a stall :( I haven't gained weight but I haven't lost any in about 2 weeks is this normal? Also I notice that I'm hungry 24/7 I'm eating lots of protein but for some reason it isn't helping. Is my sleeve defected lol. And man I would give anything to have regular bm :( also it am constantly bloated it sucks!!!!!
Yes, it's perfectly normal. Keep doing what you're doing and sooner or later the stall with break. As for the hunger, are you sure you're really hungry, and that it's not head hunger? I know I go through periods of wanting to eat emotionally. Are you getting in all your liquids? Dehydration can mask itself as hunger, too. And as for the bm, there are lots of things you can take to get that going. Don't let it go too long or it will be very painful. You can add magnesium to your supplements and that will keep you regular. There are also loads of OTC laxatives, stool softeners, etc... I take 2 senna tablets 4 times a week and that seems to keep things moving pretty well.

Acid mimics hunger and you may not feel the tell tale heart burn type symptoms. Try an acid reducer and see if that helps keep the hunger at bay. Don't know why, but I go through bouts of this and the acid reducer for a few days always does the trick.
The stall is normal.
Add fiber to your diet.

My cycle of weight loss is that I drop a few pounds and stall for 1 week or so, and then the cycle repeats. I've come to tell myself that if I am sticking to plan, I am losing 1/2 pound a day, no matter what the scale says. So by my experience, your stall is completely normal. Just keep the faith and stick to plan. The weight loss will show eventually.
I also have many days where I am hungry, and my tummy fills and I'm still not satisfied. Its frustrating, but not as frustrating as being obese! I don't know if its head hunger or my body telling me I need more calories than my tummy can hold. But I guess its my reality, at least during the weight loss phase.
Hang in there. You are losing weight even if the scale isn't showing it yet.
Best wishes,
Carol
