So, I just wanted to say that tonight I completed 3 miles and I’m totally proud of this accomplishment because it is the first time EVER that I have done this. I have been preparing for two upcoming 5K’s that I will take part in and the first one is just a couple of weeks away. I have been doing the C25K program and have been able to complete 2 miles fairly easy.  I wanted to see if I was ready to do this and honestly just know for myself if I could fini**** and not give up halfway through it…and I didn’t. I didn’t even think once about quitting. I was determined.
