I'm two weeks out since my surgery and I been going walking twice a day. For example today I did a mile at the park. My question is how much exercise can you do at this point ?

Good for you!  You can walk as much as you want - walking is great exercise!  You should stay away from real vigorous cardio and strength training until a month or 6 weeks after surgery (ask your surgeon or check your paperwork for their recommendations).

Keep up the good work!

Ditto to Sandy. As long as you're listening to your body and not overdoing it, you're golden!

My doctor said listen to your body.  I was back to playing tennis at a little over two weeks.  I felt great to start but by the second set I   Started to feel weak so I stopped.  By the following week I was completing my matches.  My advice is to try it but stop when you need to.  No point in overdoing it too soon.
