I've been gone for awhile.  I just wanted to let you all know I'm doing ok.  I'm about 2.8 pounds from goal.  This surgery works that's all I can say.  If you do what you need to do.  Don't push your sleeve! Just don't do it.  I never have and still have a great deal of restriction.  I can eat about four onces now at almost eighteen months out.  Things have been extremely hard for me emotionally but the sleeve is still working.  It's exactly what I needed.  Resisting the urge to binge eat is difficult but my sleeve stops me every time and I'm still losing weight.  I do eat protein first still most of the time.  I have been way too down for exercise.  Still hanging on though.  This has to be the best choice I've ever made.  I started at size 28 (very tight) not at size 8.
