Update on PCP Letter

When I spoke with the office manager on Monday, she said the doctor was writing the authorization letter and faxing over to my surgeon's office. Of course, that wasn't done! I just got of the phone with her and told her that I will be at her office on Friday and will sit there until I get the letter. She said that was ok and the letter will be ready. WTF, it should have already been ready!
