Submitted to insurance

Today my papers were submitted to UHC for approval. The bariatric coordinator sent an email telling me the lady said 2-15 days, with a dummy date for surgery on November 26. Hopefully it us not the full 15 days, and they approve it quickly. My oldest son's birthday is the 27th. I want to have things ready for him, if I do gave surgery on November 26th. He will be 17.

Good luck! My appeal paperwork was submitted today as well. I was denied two weeks ago because of missing information.

I am just hoping that they don't think, I will not need the surgery because I have lost 40 lbs since I started my journey.
