The wait is over....

Just received word that I'm approved and I'm tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, November 26th. Soooo excited! Can't wait to see you all on the losers bench.

Congratulations!!!! My surgery was the week of Thanksgiving almost 3 years ago and it's been a wonderful ride. I'll move over and you'll be on the bench with me before you know it...

Thank you! I thought Thanksgiving week was a good time to have it. I won't even want to eat Thanksgiving dinner due to the surgery. :-) Glad to hear that everything has worked out good for you and I can't wait until I'm 3 years out and can provide encouragement to others..

My surgery is scheduled for November 29th (the day after Thanksgiving).

I am so fortunate to have a very supportive family - we're having Thanksgiving dinner today, and my parents are going to do the pre-op diet with me starting on Friday for support.
