Working In Food Service?
I make food for a living. I've been off for two weeks, but I started work again today, and I just realized how much I taste the foods I'm making. For sure, the taste is just enough for end of your small finger, but these foods are mostly not foods I will be eating - maybe for the rest of my life.
Any others in the food service industry? What are your experiences with food tasting, etcetera?
