will a re-sleeve stretch out again?

Hi, I was not really re sleeved, I just had a small tightening done at the same time as a hernia repair. It did not help one bit. After 2009 vsg, 2012 DS, and 2013 tightening, I am still gaining, now I am 216 pounds. So I paid for massive vitamin deficiencies, thyroid issues because of that, and still being fat after all of that. Stay active is my best tip.
