Day 9...
feeling pretty good, surgery was a breeze and i am actually traveling in NYC then London for the next week. I am taking it easy :)
Not a lot of weight loss and still swollen so hope to level out in the next few days. Its odd as i cannot believe i actually did this and wondering what my journey will look like.
Wow! I can't believe you are traveling so soon. Make sure to take it easy! I'm surprised that you haven't had a lot of weight loss. I'm sure it will suddenly show up on the scale. It's encouraging to hear that the surgery was a breeze. I'm very nervous about post-op pain. I'm a bit of a baby when it comes to pain.

So I have lost 10 pounds in a week which i think is good. Holding my liquids etc seems to very easy for me. As crazy as it sounds i wonder if i am ingesting too many calories but i know that's not possible. One think i have noticed is that i need to slow down, eating soups too quickly etc creates a bit of pressure. I hope this works for me :)
