Help/2 yrs post op
I would suggest going back to a high protein (first) and non-starchy veggie diet. Cut out non-water drinks, carbs, sugars, fruits, etc. Don't eat for taste. Aim for 700-800 calories, 90-100 grams of protein, 25 or less grams of carbs and 100 oz of water per day. Track, track, track, everything you eat and drink if you aren't already. Just my suggestion!

You need to go back to basics. Make sure you are eating all your protein and eating it first then low carb vegetables. Drink your water. If you have let a lot of carbs creep back in, then cut back. Did you lose the weight before "juicing"? There is a lot of carbs, sugars, etc in juice and it may not help your weight loss.
You got this!
