Tomorrow's the Big Day

Hospital arrival time 0900 sharp tomorrow morning! I am READY for this!!! Can honestly say I prepared really well, followed the pre-op diet to a tee and lost over 11 lbs from my initial weight. All I can do from here is pray and rely ion my surgeon and support system to get me through the initial post-op period. I'm not really nervous. Is that bad? I think it's because I have waited and prepared for so long that it is just time. Blessings to all of you!

Yay! I'm doing a happy dance for you. Everything will be great and your nerves will be gone the minute they give you the relaxation meds lol. God's blessings to you for a happy and healthy recovery!

Thank you!!! I am surprisingly calm, but that might all change when I get to the hospital in the morning.

You will be fine! It's mostly uncomfortable, but straight forward. Good luck!!! I am 5 days post op. just don't be hard on yourself if you can't get fluids and foods down.

Best of luck and remember to remove that patch behind your ear when you leave the hospital. It's an anti-nausea patch and it does help. You're going to do great! Welcome to the losers bench :)
