Going to Mexico for VSG on January the 24th . Please suggest pre-op diet tips for me to get going with I only have 36 days WOW!
For two weeks before surgery, I was on liquid or full liquid. What does that mean?
Protein shakes
yogurt
cream soups
sugar free pudding and Jell-O
popsicles
Apple sauce
Not much else.
After three days, it got pretty easy.
That is good information. I was surprised to find out I needed to lose 17lbs before the surgery. I don't know if I should concentrate hard on that today, or the start of the year. Thoughts?
Start now. If you wait until the first you might not lose enough by your surgery date.
