5 Years out!

Hi everyone! Been awhile since I have been on this site. I am doing well. My father passed recently so the emotional eating has been a challenge. I am 5 years out this month with the VSG. Best thing I ever did for myself! I did have a 10 pound bounce back but diligently work to stay where I am and even try to lose a bit. My biggest tips are to eat protein first, keep drinking water, work out EVERY day, limit carbs, stay in as much support groups as possible, but most of all don't beat yourself up if/when you have a regain!!!! Just try to correct early out with the wonderful tool you have that never stops working if you work it!       Take care    Tammy

Five years!  Whoo-hoo you!  Congratulations.  Your suggestions for continued success are simple, but solid!  It's in the doing that is the challenge.  Way to go.
