Perfectly.  Is probably not the tuna but the way it'll be from now on.  Expect lots of gurgling.

BTW, stick to albacore tuna, the regular stuff is more gross.  Either way, you'll be sick of it in two weeks.

I wasn't ok'd for canned tuna until I was 4 weeks out and even then was told to chew each small bite about 25 times. It could be your new tummy isn't quite ready for solids.  Are you taking a PPI to prevent any ulcers from forming?  Any medication for gas? That may be a good place to start.

I am taking two different meds for ulcers and digestion. Tuna/chicken (canned) areon the list my NUT gave me- I had to purée it and add fat free mayo. I did very small bites and chewed tons. It took me almost an hour to eat 2ozs.

First time I ate tuna at like 2 weeks out, my stomach made such crazy noises. I could like open my mouth and other people could hear my internal struggle lol. I'm 3 weeks now and I just had some tuna again today. No weird sounds! I guess maybe you can try again in another week. Probably not ready for something so solid yet, I guess.

Don't worry about the tummy sounds.  I still get them at 11 months out.  As long as you felt ok after eating the tuna I wouldn't worry about it at all.  I ate my tuna either mixed with olive oil mayo or with a touch of cheddar cheese and nuked.
