Am I eating too many calories?

This is what I had today:
Breakfast 9 oz. of skim milk with protein powder: 186 calories
Lunch: 3 oz of egg salad: 270 calories
Snack: 3 oz. of protein drink: 42 calories
Dinner: Tuna Salad: 92 calories
Snack: 3 oz. of pureed mangoes (baby food) 40 calories
Total: 630 calories
I did look at my guide and I am following it...3 meals a day, plus 2 snacks. It says nothing about calories though.
This is just disheartening. I did expect to be taking in less calories this early in the process. I dunno what's going on, I'm just hungry. If I'm screwing up already, I'm probably just gonna gain all the weight back
