Week 3
Its a process stick with the program besure you are getting in your water and protein and increase your movement every bit counts. even if you can only walk for 15 minutes at a time do 15 mins every two -three hours or as often as you can. Focus on other NSV I have already had two major stalls but i can do so many things i could not do six months ago. I can do 30 mins on my elliptical climb 5 flights of stair to my office and i am wearing a size 14 jeans for the first time in 30 years . Next week you'll most likely lose again just stay on track good luck -deb
