SO LET ME BE HONEST!!!

I tried not to call the surgeons office, but i just couldn't help myself. I wanted to know if they'd put my bp meds on the documentation before it's sent.(i was praying) Well, it wasn't on there, but that was an easy way for me to know that IT'S ALREADY SENT.......yay, so i guess my next step is my caseworker with uhc. lol (IN MY MADEA'S VOICE) She must know all of my meds. i need to let her know. And what time is it.
