It's been almost a week since I posted about "failing already". Let me first say thank you for all the encouragement and support. I have cleaned house of the bad snacks,spoke to my family again about needing their help as far as the unhealthy foods items go. They agreed tobe more cautious about it. I can proudly say I've been on track since then and feeling great!
