Don't give up.  Sometimes, posting here can become a PITA, but keep trying.  If you would like to send me an e-mail/PM, I'll try to help you.  When posting here gave me trouble early on, I'd PM someone to get advice.  I'm almost 20 months out and have a bit of experience with VSG and learning how to get things done.

One of the really wonderful things about OH (and MFP) is that we have all gone through pretty much the same things -- some more successfully than others, but we've all faced the demons and the NSV and the good, bad, and ugly of this journey.  Lucky for all of us is that with rare exceptions, we all want each other to succeed.

I'm sure you meant "give up" when it comes to posting, but PLEASE try to change "give up" to "I'll try again later" -- mind-sets are devils or angels -- we have to try to make them all angels -- giving up is NOT AN OPTION!!!  Not for posting, not for weighing and measuring foods, not for exercise.  WE VSGers DO NOT GIVE UP!!!
