You are right where you need to be nutritionally at this point in your journey. I would not suggest upping your caloric intake due to exercise. If you are routinely working out heavily for more than 90 minutes, you may add an extra 100 calories or so immediately prior, but not on a day to day basis.

I had my surgery 12/30/13 and I haven't lost at all this past week either so you are not alone.

I hit a stall at three weeks and it lasted three more. I just started to move again. It was terrible and frustrating, but I stuck to my plan. Going to dr. Today for a follow up and will be curious to see where I am. I stopped weighing because it made me crazy!
