Today marks my 10 month anniversary for my surgery and I woke up to a bit of a surprise. I just got back from a two week business trip to Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Even though I worked out every day, I was not tracking my food and I drank quite a bit every night. Well, I got on the scale this morning and to my surprise I lost 3lbs. and dropped into onerland! Yay me!

Today I am 197.2lbs. It's the 1st time under 200lbs since I was in high school over 40 years ago!

This thing really works!

YAY!! I know you are so excited! I hit onderland last week and I literally screamed when I saw 198 on the scale!! Like you, it has been MANY years since I've seen the scale under 200. Congratulations to you!!
