Do you guys eat the atkins frozen foods when you need something quick that's low carb?

DH & I will split one in a pinch. They are quite high in sodium. One of the Atkins meals is to big for someone with a VSG, most are 9 ounces. But, one of these is much better than a drive through. I do cook extra food and freeze in individual portions for quick meals. That way, I can control what goes in it.

I keep these in the freezer for when I'm just plain lazy.  I give the veggies to the dog, and just eat the meat.  It still takes 2 meals to just eat the meat tho!  I have had the bacon and egg bowl and it was delicious too, again, it made 2 meals for me.  I'm a lucky one in that my sodium is always a tad low, so at this point, I don't even bother looking at sodium content, unless it is something for my husband.

I have one of them in my freezer, usually only the crustless pot pie one. I cant finish the whole thing, and dont want to becuase the sodium is so high but they are good for a lazy no extra food in the fridge day. I try not to eat them often!
