Congratulations- this is great NSV. I admire your determination to stay in wonderland- be careful of the never-ever. The sleeve is not an insurance policy or guarantee, and there are plenty grateful folks who find, to their dismay, the weight re-entering their lives. Maintaining will take diligence, discipline and commitment if "never-ever is to be come "for always and ever". Remember how wonderful this moment feels and put that in your pocket to remember when the time comes that you will feel like you can eat whatever you want. (Trust me, it will happen). TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

HA! Of course, you are right- a scale thing, for sure. However, for me, it was also a MIND/EMOTIONAL thing, too- you know, a new place to dwell, and that was a NSV experience for me.

I can understand that! I'm sure it's quite an emotional/mental shift to see a one in that hundreds place for the first time in forever :D
