65 lbs down!

Good morning everyone!

Weighed in this morning and I am down to 258.0 with a BMI of 45.7!!! I am 65 lbs down from my heaviest weight of 323 with a BMI of 57.2! Feeling awesome this morning!

Hope you all are keeping warm! Its -11 here and thats not counting the windchill! Brrr!

Thanks! I was just looking back at my sparkpeople history and I weigh less now than I did in January 2010 when I became pregnant for my daughter (I weighed 266 then). :) That is a great feeling!

Excellent! I am 2 weeks out from surgery and new to the forum. You are motivation for me! Did yu experience the bad headaches on the liquid diet? This is killing me but I'm trying to stay hope full and keep my eyes on the prize

It's cold here too! I'm in Tennessee and we just don't have the infrastructure to handle snow and ice... There are multiple car pile-ups all over the place here today! And we don't even have 3 inches of snow!!

Thanks for all the kinds words! :) It has been a great journey so far!

My hubby had the surgery the same time as me, he is about a week and half ahead of me and it has been a great decision for the both of us! Our weight loss together so far is over 150 lbs! :) Its awesome to be getting healthy together!
