I'll take about 3 tblspoons of buffalo chicken dip w/ 4 triscuits. That will fill me up for the day, so I'll be drinking on protein drinks to get my #'s in. I've also got a nice fresh veggie tray as a treat, just in case I should get hungry! I don't do alcohol, so those calories are never a worry for me.
