Onederland Post... AT LAST!
Happy Friday, you lovely VSGers :)
I have spent the entire month of January in a love/hate relationship with my scale... I even had one day that I almost threw it out the window. I feel like the motto of January has been "white knuckling it." I have worked my tail off with tracking, measuring, and drinking my water. I have been really frustrated for the last few weeks because, even with all of my hard work, I have only been seeing 2-3 OUNCE losses every few DAYS. I completely get that now that I am in the "home stretch" of getting to goal, things are going to move slower and require more work. I get it, but I don't have to like it ;)
Well, this morning made this entire month worth it:
I no longer weigh in the 200s. I think I was 19 the last time that I weighed less than 200... And now I'm 1 pound away from a total of 100 pounds lost.
I'll do a proper 7 month update tomorrow, but I couldn't resist sharing this HUGE victory today :)
