food phases in recovery

does anyone have any food they enjoyed while your stomach was healing i have surgery on tuesday 3 hrs away from home and doing my last minute shopping i have the basics pudding jello yogurt v8 then after that the puree food is pretty much blank 

Check out the world according to eggface.  She has a lot of good pureed recipes.  I'm currently eating some of her ricotta bake, which tastes like lasagna.

I did refried beans with a bit of tomato juice in it, creamy soup where I added in some unjury chicken soup protein, Greek yogurt, 

I was allowed yogurt  in my full liquid stage but it didn't agree with my new sleeve.   I'm on pureed foods now and I've made the ricotta bake and it's really good.  I just pureed some chicken and good.

I was allowed 3 month stage baby food in the full liquid stage , it was just the right size , I bought the organic chicken and gravy  and the organic turkey and gravy  they have no lumps and lots of protein , I was told anything that goes thru a strainer is full liquid

strained crean of trukey soup was great also

Ricotta bake, refried bens, and pureed navy beans were my favorite savory items.  I really got sick of sweet so these were a Godsend.
