Sweets
Have you been eating more carbs lately? I know you've said that you're 100% on plan, but carb/sweets cravings are typically triggered by carbs... even "good" carbs. When I feel like I'm starting to grit my teeth with cravings, I go drink as much water as I can so that I feel "full" for a bit while it passes. Cravings completely FREAK. ME. OUT. It feels like if I give in too much, I'll completely regress to my pre op ways. I feel you on the fear!!

What about a protein bar, I hear that some can be microwaved and are like a warm cookie, also I've seen good low carb cheese cake recipes out there, these ideas aren't as good as just getting through it with will power but to me they are better than caving and eating real cookies. We had surgery about the same time, I haven't craved sweets yet but I bet my time is coming . JILLIAN
